To provide competent, professional counseling at a reasonable fee in an atmosphere of sensitivity and caring. To meet this goal, we provide services based on a brief therapy model, combining both individual and group modalities. We recognize the importance of networking with other human service professionals and we consult and refer when appropriate.

​Jon Sadler is a LCMHC in NC with a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling. His focus is working with people dealing with addictions and alcohol misuse and has a special interest in people struggling with the isolation, anxiety, and depression caused by COVID and chronic illness. He understands the stress caregivers live with and the importance of developing positive manners of treatment. He has a unique ability to assist in mental health through individual and group sessions while applying multiple therapies and techniques, and following the legal and ethical guidelines.

Jon Sadler obtained his master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling in 2015 and became a licensed counselor in Maryland where he lived at the time. Recently, he received his licensing in North Carolina recently after focusing on writing for a couple of years. He has had two books published; Weathering the Storms; Living with and Understanding Epilepsy, and the other is, In the Midst of the Storms; A Story of Trauma, Faith, and Hope.  He is a retired project manager with the Army Corps of Engineers where he was responsible for motivating people to design and construct various projects on military installations. His experience includes being a mentor for people struggling with the unknowns of epilepsy for many years that motivated him to obtain degree in counseling and working at a recovery and rehabilitation facility for people struggling with drug and alcohol addictions. He is the father of two boys who have been doing well with their careers and families.
